Tri County Showdown Thursday, August 15 in Deer Lodge

If you were worried that there wouldn't be anything exciting at this year's Tri County Fair in Deer Lodge, you can rest easy knowing that Monty Klistoff and his crew from NXT Gen Entertainment have entered the fracas.  And bringing the fracas is what they do best.

You remember Monty as one of the area's top MMA fighters and unquestionably one of the most popular.  Well, as good as Monty was in the ring, we have found out just how well he operates outside of the ring.  He and his crew have recently brought Fight Kingdom II to the Butte Civic Center to the delight of MMA and boxing fans of which there were several hundred in attendance.  His "Brawls and Kickstart Days" have attracted crowds rivaling that of Knievel Days with bare-knuckle boxing, freestyle motocross and concerts (which he is bringing back at the end of August) and his prowess as a fight and event promoter just continues to grow.  Thursday, August 15th, Deer Lodge will witness firsthand what NXT Gen brings to the table as the Tri County Showdown takes place with a full card of fights.

The fights will take place at 203 N. Main in Deer Lodge with the co-Main Event featuring Keith Larson taking on Cody Wrighy and the evening's Main Event featuring Andrew Huckeby vs. Erik Lopez.  Tickets are available, $15 for general admission and $500 for a ringside table that will seat 10.  Third-row tables are available for $300 and they will also accommodate 10 fight fans.  Doors open at 6pm and the first bout is at 7.
